Professor cartographer and his compass body

The proposal of this elective has as its starting point the following question: What does it mean to understand the exercise of pedagogy from the teacher’s body? And, going deeper, his next nodal approach emerges, which introduces us to the concept of cartography: What possibilities open up for the contemporary exercise of pedagogy if we think of the teacher’s body as his main instrument of location?

Training objectives

  • Appropriating and making use of the Cartographer Professor as a concept-force that includes the contemporary pedagogical exercise from the teacher’s body.
  • Understand and appropriate the body as a Compass, as its most important tool for localization, and consequently, for the construction of its political and ethical places of enunciation for its future pedagogical practices.
